Job Summary
Senior Deal Desk Specialist to support the regional Sales organization in all aspects of the Quote-to-Close process across Europe, ensuring deals are structured to maximize revenue, comply with policies, and are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include tracking opportunities, supporting product configurations and pricing, drafting and reviewing deal documentation (e.g., DARs, Order Forms), ensuring ASC606/IFRS15 compliance, and liaising with Finance, Legal, and Business Operations. Requires experience in Sales Operations/Contract Management or Deal Desk (software/SaaS preferred), knowledge of software licensing models, and strong Excel/Word skills. Hybrid work arrangement and a university degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Contract Management, or Deal Desk (software/SaaS preferred)
- Solid understanding of software licensing models (subscription, SaaS, hosting, perpetual)
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles (ASC606, IFRS15)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
