Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Senior Deal Desk Analyst to partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue, Legal, Order Management, Channel, and Product teams to structure, review, and execute pricing and quoting requests across Proofpoint’s sales organization. You will verify quotes for accuracy, pricing compliance, configuration, and contractual alignment, facilitate discount approvals and non-standard terms, and ensure revenue recognition and ordering are properly documented and processed. You will analyze deal data to support pricing decisions, drive process improvements, and support month- and quarter-end close. The role supports new, renewal, add-on, and expansion opportunities, requires independent work in a fast-paced environment, and requires 5+ years in related roles with strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Location options include Sunnyvale, CA or Draper, UT with a hybrid in-office schedule (4 days in office). Familiarity with Salesforce and CPQ, quoting-to-booking processes, and cybersecurity/technology sales is preferred.
