Job Summary
Review and approve standard order forms, discounts, and payment terms to enable Account Executives to close deals without bottlenecks. Lead complicated new deals and renewals involving multi-year terms and custom payment structures while acting as the primary point of contact for outside commercial counsel on legal communications. Redesign manual invoice and order form processes into independent AE-driven workflows, building checks, templates, and CPQ/CRM configurations to keep deals within guardrails. Partner with Customer Success to enable independent handling of common invoicing changes and refunds, establishing playbooks for when CS can act versus when Finance intervention is required. - Strong spreadsheet and analytical judgment; comfortable modeling deal terms and spotting outliers
- SaaS subscription billing experience, especially with multi-year, education, or nonprofit customers

- Familiarity with the accounting close cycle enough to know why clean upstream data matters downstream
- Experience training non-finance teammates (AEs, CSMs) on billing tools and processes
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up routine ops work
