Job Summary
Senior Deal Desk Analyst responsible for managing the Quote-to-Order cycle for a fast-paced SaaS/B2B sales organization. Advises Sales on quoting, contracting options, approval processes, and value positioning to drive deal closure. Manages complex, strategic deals from concept to booking, coordinating with Revenue Operations, Legal, and Order Management to align on pricing, terms, and compliance. Improves deal structures to maximize revenue KPIs while adhering to policies; mentors Sales and Deal Desk teammates through training on policy, process, and system changes; serves as subject-matter expert on Sales Approvals, Bookings, and Order Acceptance. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to forecast and report on bookings metrics while ensuring accurate revenue recognition and risk assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated success in Deal Desk role in Enterprise Software/SaaS B2B
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ tool
- Strong quantitative skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with DocuSign CLM or similar Contract Management tool
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to partner with upstream GTM teams
- Understanding of revenue recognition rules, software licensing and SaaS provisioning process
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize during high volume periods
- Excellent communication skills; open to feedback
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and contract terms
- Ability to interpret contractual language and ensure compliance with policies
