Senior DC Pensions Administrator in Outsourcing, based in Redhill (hybrid), mentors and checks the work of the Junior Pensions Administrators; services member and client queries related to DC pension schemes; ensures SLAs and performance standards are achieved; deputises in the absence of the Team Leader; acts as a senior point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases; checks and challenges work of less experienced associates and mentors junior staff; trains, supports and mentors junior associates and holds regular feedback sessions; assists in more complex/project work including complaints; seeks service-improvement opportunities and communicates findings; ensures targets and deadlines are met.
