Job Summary
Design and support database technology solutions within a complex enterprise environment, focusing on service quality, SLA improvement, and automation. Maintain and improve SLAs while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and analyze day-to-day processes to identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks. Provide production support and release management for database environments, defining physical database designs and supporting implementation of technical solutions. Implement and manage RACF/ACF2 security rules, build high-availability setups, and resolve processing anomalies. Apply global best practices to support diverse customer groups and facilitate knowledge sharing with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- BPSS clearance
- Possess significant experience working on large, complex projects in an architectural or senior database role
- Have strong Db2 database administration and technical support experience in enterprise environments
- Hold banking or financial services experience
- Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship
- Must be available for mandatory onsite work 3 days per week
- Communicate complex technical information clearly through strong written and verbal communication skills
- Build effective relationships and networks across business and technical areas
- Apply strong problem determination skills to identify and control processing anomalies and system errors
