Job Summary
Administer, maintain, and optimize The TSTC Foundation's Salesforce for Nonprofits, Marketing Cloud, Omatic, GoFundMe Pro, and Awarded platforms to ensure data integrity and system reliability. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics on donor activity and fundraising performance to inform strategy and leadership decision-making. Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training resources to promote consistent user adoption across advancement operations. Collaborate with advancement leadership and development staff to align system functionality with fundraising priorities and drive continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, information systems, data management, analytics, communications, advancement operations, or a related field
- Three years of experience in database management, Salesforce for Nonprofits administration, advancement operations, information systems, business systems, or related operational support functions
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data summaries used to support operational planning, fundraising, or leadership reporting
- Experience maintaining data integrity, managing records, and supporting user adoption of business systems or database platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey system, reporting, or data-related information clearly to diverse users and stakeholders
- Must be reachable during business hours through standard communication channels as required by the role
- Some duties may require work outside standard business hours during fundraising campaigns, events, reporting deadlines, database projects, or Foundation operational needs
- Periodic in-state travel to campuses, Foundation events, or meetings beyond the employee's designated or nearest base campus may be required based on business needs
- Full-time, FLSA-exempt position
- Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 form
- Present acceptable and original documents to prove your identity and authorization to work in the United States
- Criminal history background check
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data management, analytics, communications, advancement operations, or a related field
- Four years of experience in database management, Salesforce for Nonprofits administration, advancement operations, information systems, business systems, or related operational support functions
- Experience supporting fundraising, donor relations, advancement services, nonprofit operations, or higher education development functions
- Experience with donor databases, (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, etc.) reporting, fundraising analytics, or advancement data processes
- Experience developing training resources or supporting end-user training for Salesforce and/or CRM platforms
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, except in cases where a specific degree is required to meet accreditation standards, licensure requirements, or other legislative or regulatory obligations
