Job Summary
Administer and support MS SQL Server and Oracle databases in a critical banking environment, managing on-premises clusters, replication, and disaster recovery environments. Troubleshoot complex database availability, performance, and connectivity issues, including advanced SQL query tuning and bottleneck analysis. Ensure high availability and operational reliability while supporting database-related incidents and performing root-cause analysis. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and network teams to resolve issues and maintain operational activities per banking requirements. This role requires 10+ years of total IT experience with mandatory banking background, including 7+ years in MS SQL and Oracle.

- 10+ years of total IT experience
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Database and Oracle
- Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL clustering in on-premises environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle clustering in on-premises environments
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL and Oracle replication
- Hands-on experience supporting DR sites and database replication/DR environments
- Advanced troubleshooting and MS SQL query performance tuning experience
