Job Summary
Design and implement data processing in big data and cloud environments while managing database architecture for RDS, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL. Build and sustain pipelines for data ingress, processing, and distribution using Infrastructure as Code with CloudFormation and Terraform. Liaise with DevOps teams to align on strategic technology approaches and ensure efficient implementation of business logic. Monitor engineering and production costs in the AWS cloud environment while tracking SLAs to support customer commitments. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to optimize managed services versus self-hosted solutions.
