Job Summary
Senior Data Warehouse Specialist / ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT workflows, optimize SQL performance, and ensure data accuracy across enterprise data warehouses. Responsibilities include developing scalable data pipelines from multiple sources, implementing data quality checks and monitoring, collaborating with data architects and QA, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Preferred skills include Informatica/SSIS/Talend, cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Snowflake), big data tools (Spark, Hadoop), and knowledge of governance, security, and compliance. This is a hybrid role based in Sterling, VA, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, and SQL optimization
