Job Summary
Lead onboarding and integration of payer feeds including eligibility, claims, HEDIS, and risk adjustment datasets into the enterprise data platform. Analyze, map, and validate data from external sources and internal systems like EMR, CRM, and HR to maintain a single source of truth. Own source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and standardized definitions while driving normalization of payer-specific variations. Define data quality rules, enforce governance policies, and partner with engineering to ensure scalable, accurate ingestion pipelines. Translate clinical and business requirements into technical specifications for delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in data warehousing, data integration, or analytics roles
- Strong experience working with Medicare Advantage payer data, including 834, 837, HEDIS, and RAF datasets
- Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational database concepts
- Deep knowledge of enterprise data warehouse and data mart architectures
- Experience with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., Catalog, Atlan, Collibra, Alation) and data quality frameworks
- Working knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like snowflake/redshift etc
- Familiarity with scrum/agile methodologies and Jira
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive agile delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand/sit for extended periods
- Visual acuity and fine motor skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Must pass monthly FACIS (Fraud and Abuse Control Information System) checks
