Job Summary
Support data governance and data management activities across regulatory reporting processes by identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues. Maintain and improve business glossaries while implementing and monitoring data quality controls. Define and document data lineage across relevant systems and reporting flows to support BCBS239 initiatives. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure compliance with internal data governance standards. Requires experience in data governance within the banking or financial services industry, strong SQL skills, and knowledge of database structures. Fluent English and excellent communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data governance, data management, or similar roles
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Understanding of data warehousing and reporting
- Knowledge of database structures
- Experience with MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
