Job Summary
Input, update, and maintain data in databases and management systems, ensuring accuracy, organization, and easy retrieval. Audit and rectify outdated, incorrect, or duplicate entries within the SAP MDG workflow, while managing helpdesk requests and resolving escalated issues. Generate reports on data quality metrics and trends to support decision-making, validate data integrity for client requests, and ensure compliance with governance policies and SLA standards. Collaborate with internal and external clients, IT teams, and functional areas to address technical data management issues and provide training on data entry procedures. Manage and document changes to master data, communicating updates to stakeholders and obtaining proper approvals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications
- Strong understanding of PC operating systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Travel up to 10%
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in the grocery industry
