Job Summary
Senior Data Solutions Architect responsible for designing and governing cloud-based data architectures that align business, technology, and data strategies. Lead architectural designs and roadmaps for complex, high-volume, mission-critical products, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Collaborate with Lead Architects, Product Managers, and Delivery/Technical Leads to shape data and marketing architecture, drive governance and standards, and advocate a data-driven culture. Focus areas include data lakes/warehouses, real-time streaming, CDP/CRM and AdTech pipelines, multi-cloud integration, and end-to-end technology landscape delivery with Agile/Lean/DevSecOps practices. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and governance capabilities to bridge technical and non-technical teams; promote architectural vision inside the team and across business units. Essential knowledge spans enterprise data modelling, data pipeline design, marketing data capabilities, and scalable, maintainable architectures.
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science degree or relevant experience (preferable)
- Proven track record of delivery in iterative and continuous delivery approaches
- Expertise in designing high-quality, data-centric solutions at conceptual, logical, and physical levels
- Experience in data analysis and modelling for enterprise and solution levels
- Ability to operate in a complex stakeholder and technology environment
- Significant experience building and managing complex data architectures across multi-cloud environments
- Knowledge of Marketing domain capabilities (e.g., Customer Journey management, digital marketing channel management, marketing campaign management) and data pipelines (CRM, marketing automation, Customer Data Platforms, analytic tools)
- Experience delivering change in lean/ agile/ DevSecOps environments
- Strong collaboration and influence with stakeholders and third parties
- Computer Science degree or relevant experience (preferable)
- Hands-on data engineering background preferred
- Experience with large AWS data implementations (S3, EMR, Glue, RDS) and data lakehouse technologies (Iceberg/Delta Lake)
- Experience with data integration/ingestion tools (Fivetran, CDC like HVR, AWS Kafka)
- Teradata data warehousing familiarity
- Nice-to-have: Power BI / SAS / DI & EG / Alation / DBT
