Job Summary
Provide expert technical support for Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, and Wiz platforms, including data classification, loss prevention, encryption, and complex troubleshooting. Develop, implement, and manage DLP policies to ensure regulatory compliance while responding to and resolving security incidents with minimal business impact. Monitor systems for breaches, generate stakeholder reports on metrics and KPIs, and collaborate with IT, security, and engineering teams to deploy solutions and resolve escalations. Create detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and support interactions. Conduct training workshops on data security best practices and platform features. Stay current with emerging cloud security threats and suggest improvements to enhance data protection.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data security
- Focus on Microsoft Purview or similar data protection tools
- Proficiency in data classification
- Proficiency in DLP
- Proficiency in data encryption
- Understanding of cloud services
- Understanding of architectures
- Understanding of security best practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle complex technical issues
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
