Senior Data Scientist

Senior Data Scientist at Truecaller leading high-impact initiatives at the intersection of data science, product, and engineering. Role combines machine learning, statistics, and data engineering to solve real-world problems with strong collaboration across the organization. Responsibilities include exploring problems and proposing step-change data science solutions for improved customer experience, planning and coordinating data science work with team and stakeholders, gathering and understanding data to build data science products, collaborating to build scalable data science solutions, and coaching/mentoring junior to senior data scientists. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field, 5+ years of experience applying data science/ML to real problems, strong Python and SQL skills, proficiency with Python tooling, excellent communication, and a production-minded, results-oriented mindset; additional preference for BigQuery, data visualization (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), and experience enabling ML production at scale. Location is Stockholm, Sweden, with an in-person office setup.
