Job Summary
Clean, standardize, and stitch disparate third-party data sources into unified 360-degree consumer profiles. Build and deploy robust probabilistic estimation models for income, wealth, affinities, and propensity traits. Create, refine, and maintain high-throughput feature engineering pipelines running at terabyte scale. Ensure all model outputs are exceptionally robust and reliable for consumption by downstream autonomous AI agents. Tackle end-to-end custom enterprise data science work for flagship clients, moving rapidly from messy raw data to deployed production models. This generalist role blends data engineering fundamentals with advanced statistical thinking to own the full path from raw data to production-ready models.
Required Qualifications
- 2–10 years of applied data science experience
- Proven track record of shipping and deploying models directly into production environments
- Highly proficient in Python
- Highly proficient in SQL
- Ability to write clean, production-quality code
- Strong data engineering fundamentals
- Data modeling skills
- Pipeline construction skills
- Data cleaning skills
- High intellectual horsepower
- Comfort dealing with ambiguous, unstructured, real-world data across multiple domains
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
- Open to top-tier industry backgrounds (e.g., tech, ad-tech, or quantitative hedge funds)
- Strong PhD from a top-10 quantitative program
