Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist role at Strike focuses on building and deploying advanced learning and analytics systems for marketing technology. You will partner with product teams to research, design, and implement learning systems that optimize and predict campaign performance across multiple ad platforms (YouTube, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.), develop algorithms and models to inform customer activities, contribute to a closed-loop data warehouse, and provide technical leadership within a fast-paced, agile environment. The team leverages Python to develop learning infrastructure, work with data engineering to build microservices into the data lake, and maintain a rapid release workflow. Strong emphasis on machine learning, experimentation, language processing (NLP), and scalable ML microservices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computing Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering
- 3+ years of mathematical and statistical data analysis experience
- 3+ years of experimental data / modeling experience
- 3+ years of Machine Learning experience including black box and bespoke solutions
- 2+ years of language processing (NLP)
- 2+ years of Python development experience
- Experience with Agile software development methodology and test-driven development
- Ability to write clean, dependable algorithms and to analyze problems effectively
- Strong critical thinking, systems and business analysis, problem resolution and judgment
- Proven ability to work in a rapid release product environment
- Masters or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering) preferred
- Experience with contextual analysis and language processing
- Experience to develop and deploy Machine Learning and Algorithmic micro services
