Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist responsible for developing and deploying large-scale ML and GenAI-powered products and pipelines. Own the full data science lifecycle from exploratory analysis, model development, validation, and production deployment to monitoring. Collaborate with business leaders, domain experts, and end-users to gather requirements, define success metrics, and translate them into measurable outcomes. Require strong Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TF, Hugging Face), ML/DL knowledge (transformers, NLP, GNNs, multimodal systems), SQL, and experience with deployment tools (Airflow, Flask/Django/FastAPI, etc.). Will work across a global team with hybrid onsite presence; role emphasizes production-ready AI products, end-to-end pipelines, and stakeholder communication. Preferred: advanced degree, productionizing AI, multi-modal LLMs, and right-to-work compliance for US/Canada candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional AI space or building statistical/mathematical quantitative models in production
- Advanced technical degree (Master and above) in Sciences, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
- Experience in productionizing AI applications
- Experience with multi-modal LLMs and integrating vision and text for autonomous agents
- Right to work in the USA or Canada depending on candidate location
