Job Summary
Lead AI/ML initiatives within Singtel's AI & Data Analytics (AIDA) unit to drive insights and productionize analytical models that influence customer journeys and business outcomes. Develop predictive and optimization models (e.g., customer eligibility, churn/purchase propensity, cross-sell) and integrate them into customer-centric decision engines with governance and explainability. Leverage customer data across Mobile, Broadband, and entertainment services to enable segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle marketing, while conducting robust experimentation (A/B testing) and data exploration. Provide technical mentorship, perform code reviews, and communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong proficiency in machine learning and statistical modelling, including regression, time series, supervised learning, segmentation, clustering, and experiments.
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop/Hive, Databricks; Power BI).
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Airflow).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to mentor junior team members.
