Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist at Resilinc, working on AI/ML solutions for supply chain resilience. Role combines customer engagement with solution design, deployment, and measurable business impact. Drive production-ready ML and Generative/agentic AI implementations, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success. Requires strong Python/SQL, ML fundamentals, experience with LLMs and modern AI tooling, and excellent communication to translate technical concepts for executive and practitioner audiences.
Required Qualifications
- BE/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or business teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and data science methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, agentic systems, RAG architectures, and model evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, object-oriented programming, and modern software development practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive outcomes independently, and balance technical depth with business impact.
