Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist to build scalable, production-ready data science solutions using state-of-the-art AI/ML, including deep learning and extreme multilabel classification, collaborating with product, engineers, and stakeholders to translate problems into actionable insights and deploy models in live production pipelines. Responsibilities include researching product-focused DS solutions, developing and deploying neural networks, ensuring reproducibility and code quality, mentoring junior members, and contributing to the data science ecosystem. Must have a degree in a related field, 5+ years in DS, strong PyTorch/Large Language Model experience, Python proficiency, and excellent communication.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in a Data Science role
- Expert knowledge of developing and optimizing deep learning algorithms on GPU infrastructures using PyTorch
- Experience with fine-tuning third-party Large Language Models (e.g., HuggingFace)
- Proven ability to ship large-scale models to production environments
- Strong Python skills and tooling (Jupyter, PyCharm, VSCode)
- Strong presentation and data visualization skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team
- Professional working proficiency in English
