Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy large-scale ML and GenAI-powered products and pipelines. Lead end-to-end data science lifecycle from concept to production, perform exploratory analysis, model benchmarking, and validation, and communicate results to executives. Partner with business leaders and domain experts to gather requirements, follow coding standards, and optimize workflows. Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TF, Hugging Face Transformers), NLP architectures, SQL, and experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embedding-based retrieval. Background in NLP/AI, OCR, NER, GNNs, multimodal systems, and experience deploying production AI solutions. Travel/hybrid collaboration across Princeton, NY, Charlottesville, Calgary, Toronto, and Mexico City with a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional work in AI space or building statistical/mathematical quantitative models in production
- Advanced technical degree (Master and above) in a STEM field
- Experience in productionizing AI applications
- Experience with multi-modal LLMs and integrating vision and text for autonomous agents
- Right to work in the USA or Canada (indefinite rights)
