Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist in Fin's RAD team will partner with product teams to identify questions and answer them with data, develop key product success metrics, and design end-to-end data pipelines. You’ll work with product managers, designers, and engineers to measure results and opportunities, build scalable data products, and help shape the product roadmap through exploratory analysis and quantitative research. You’ll use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and communicate recommendations across R&D and the broader company. Bonus for experience with data modeling/ETL (dbt), building internal tools, and leveraging AI across the data workflow. The role requires strong ownership, growth mindset, and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments. Expected is 5+ years of data experience, strong SQL, Python, and the ability to translate analysis into actionable business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with data to solve problems and drive evidence-based decisions
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working closely with product teams
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive measurable impact
- Strong product intuition and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Experience with a scientific computing language (e.g. Python)
