Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist I responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and GenAI solutions in production, building Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs, developing prompt engineering strategies, and implementing scalable ML pipelines. Will work with structured and unstructured data, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and SMEs to deliver AI-powered features, and monitor model performance, drift, and reliability with experimentation and benchmarking.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in data science/ML
- Proficiency in Python and ML toolkits
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Experience with RAG architectures and vector search
- Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, HuggingFace, and OpenAI APIs
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, OpenSearch)
- Experience with ML model evaluation, drift, and MLOps
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD for ML deployments
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, and SMEs
