Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist I responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ML and GenAI solutions in production. Focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering strategies, and scalable ML pipelines using Python. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and SMEs to deliver AI-powered features, monitor model performance and drift, conduct experiments (A/B testing), and contribute to AI system architecture. Required expertise includes Python, NLP, LLMs, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS), ML tools (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM), PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and cloud ML deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
