Job Summary
Senior Growth Data Scientist to develop data products, run global experiment processes, analyze campaign data, validate data from ad exchanges, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with sales and clients across Moloco. Responsibilities include data gathering/analysis, creating automated reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy for campaigns, end-to-end experiment management, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to drive client growth. Required skills include Python, SQL, statistics (experimental design, hypothesis testing, regression/time-series), and fluency in Mandarin and English; preferred with PhD and demonstrated end-to-end project ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficient in launching, running, optimising, and landing experiments from end to end
- 5+ years of experience with statistical packages (e.g., Python, SQL)
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong knowledge and experience in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and analyses such as regression/time-series
- Programming in Python and SQL
- Ability to balance multiple projects and communicate results effectively
- Ability to build positive relationships with data science, analytics, and client stakeholders
