Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist at Gozem — lead end-to-end data science workflow in fintech context, build and deploying advanced ML models (fraud detection, credit scoring, customer segmentation, churn, personalization), design analytics pipelines from raw data to production, mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions, monitor model performance, stay updated on AI/ML trends, and contribute to governance and data quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science
- Mastery of SQL, Python, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- ETL & automation tools (Airflow, Dataform, or equivalent)
- Experience with Looker Studio, Metabase, or BI tools
- Languages: French and/or English
