Job Summary
Senior/Principal Data Scientist to build end-to-end ML and generative AI solutions, develop POCs, and collaborate with senior leaders across the enterprise. Responsibilities include design and deployment of analytics workflows, predictive modeling, data integration from diverse sources, automation and DevOps practices, and delivering clear visualizations and recommendations to business partners. Requires 6+ years in data science, strong Python and SQL, experience with AWS (Azure/GCP comparable), Databricks/PySpark, and a track record leading data science projects with measurable impact. Education basics include a quantitative bachelor's (master’s/PhD preferred); leadership, mentorship, and ability to influence executives are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s or PhD preferred
- 6+ years of professional data science or machine learning experience
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP comparable)
- Databricks + PySpark experience is a strong plus
- Background in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and feature engineering
- Ability to build automated analytics workflows and work with APIs
- Strong communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in fast-moving environments
