Job Summary
Lead end-to-end development of ML & GenAI solutions to transform operations, spanning problem framing, data exploration, and production deployment. Set and uphold high technical standards across multiple AI initiatives while mentoring fellow data scientists to drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineers and business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven products that enhance efficiency and redefine core operative processes in claims, underwriting, and customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in data science or applied machine learning
