Senior Data Scientist Engineer (TS/SCI with CI Polygraph)

Lead AI/ML solution development for mission data by designing and deploying ensemble, neural network, and unsupervised models tailored to sensor and signal data. Drive scalable ML systems with automated retraining and deployment pipelines in secure cloud environments. Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, partner with analysts to validate model performance, and ensure compliance with explainability and transparency standards. Collaborate with DevSecOps to align ML models with CI/CD pipelines and mission constraints. Required expertise includes TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn/XGBoost; experience with feature stores, Spark/Ray/Dask, MLflow, DVC, Docker, and model monitoring; strong capabilities in causal inference, signal data processing, experiment design, and SHAP/LIME interpretability. Ten to fifteen years of DoD/IC ML experience; BS or higher in a quantitative field, with MS/PhD substitutions as specified; TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
