Senior Data Scientist

Develop and implement predictive models to enhance claim management, customer experience, and quality assurance while analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and patterns. Design, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in production environments, providing technical mentoring and code reviews for junior team members. Lead solution design for data science initiatives, support POCs with commercial value estimation, and build reports in PBI and SSRS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into experimental designs and deliver actionable insights through clear presentations. Maintain thorough documentation and raise awareness of data science applications across the business.
