Job Summary
Develop and apply data-founded additions to products by exploring diverse sources to build sophisticated analyses ranging from predictive quantitative models to in-depth textual data analysis. Design and evaluate AI models, including traditional machine learning and LLMs, to ensure clients gain deeper, actionable insights from feedback. Collaborate with Data/MLOps Engineers to deliver insights into production and support colleagues through mentoring while contributing to an agile way of working. Shape the future of data at Effectory by experimenting with new ideas and connecting insights throughout the organization to drive innovation across the Data & AI team.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced Data Scientist (3+ years)
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Econometrics, Mathematics, or Data Science)
- Skilled in Python (or similar languages) for data analysis and modeling
- Comfortable with AI and ML tools, feature engineering, and model validation
- Knowledgeable in LLMs, prompt engineering, generative AI evaluation and multi-step flow development
- Experience with cloud data platforms, ML/AI tools, and visualization technologies, ideally within the Azure stack
- Strong communicator who can translate technical insights into clear business impact
- Pragmatic, proactive, and collaborative, you enjoy working with others and mentoring teammates
