Job Summary
Design and develop production-grade AI/ML solutions for large-scale enterprise applications, focusing on Generative AI, agentic frameworks, and Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines. Build scalable Python-based services that integrate LLMs, knowledge graphs, and predictive modeling to solve ambiguous business challenges. Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to optimize system architecture and mentor junior team members. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in production AI environments and strong Python skills. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is provided.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Strong Python programming skills with experience across modern AI/ML frameworks (pandas, scikit-learn, LangChain, NLP/Deep Learning frameworks)
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems
- Strong foundation in machine learning, algorithms, system design, and scalable software development
- Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills within cross-functional environments
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI/ML products or platforms
- Background within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences environments
- Exposure to AWS technologies including Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS, and serverless architectures
- Experience with knowledge graphs, advanced NLP, or recommendation systems
- Experience operating within startup and/or enterprise environments
- Advanced STEM degree preferred (Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)
