Job Summary
Oversee the application of data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets. Guide the visualization, interpretation, and reporting of data findings to support strategic decision-making, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with senior team members on analytical techniques. This role supports the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Webster Outlying Field in delivering mission-critical systems and services for warfighter operations. Candidates must maintain a Secret level security clearance, possess US citizenship, and hold at least ten years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least ten (10) years of experience
- a master's degree or bachelor's degree plus four (4) additional years of experience
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 15 to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- Must be able to maintain a clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship
