Job Summary
Mine and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data using advanced analytical algorithms to obtain insights and design new processes for modeling. Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to deliver smarter business decisions, improve customer experience, and drive productivity. Collaborate with data professionals and product teams to optimize analytics solutions, assess feasibility of AI/ML initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations for business planning and future roadmaps. Conduct large-scale analysis to discover patterns and trends while applying the Risk Management Framework to protect assets and adhere to policy documents. Operate at an enterprise-wide level to address complex, non-routine situations and implement changes in response to shifting trends.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong programming skills in Python or SAS
- Proficiency in both SQL and Big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in cloud based modeling environment a plus (ie. AWS Sagemaker, AzureML, etc)
- Experience in automation and scheduling of data pipeline for end-to-end scoring solutions
- Experience developing customer discretionary pricing optimization models is an asset
