Senior Data Scientist

Design and maintain scalable data solutions that collect, transform, validate, and centralize information across the organization. Develop automated reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making. Build data-driven solutions that improve financial control, automate business processes, and reduce manual effort. Develop analytical and predictive models to support operational performance and efficiency improvements. Implement data quality controls and governance practices to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting. Transform manual processes into scalable automated data products. Communicate insights effectively through visualizations and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires 4+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Python and SQL, and fluency in English and Lithuanian. Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, the position offers a competitive salary starting from 4000 € gross, health insurance, and a workation opportunity of up to 90 days per year.
