Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers as the analytical owner for product success. Define metrics that determine feature performance and design, instrument, and read A/B tests end-to-end, including sample size, guardrail metrics, and stop rules. Build funnel and behavioral analyses to explain user journeys from finding a market to returning for the next trade. Turn user behavior into product direction by surfacing drop-offs, friction points, and priorities. Own event tracking specs to ensure instrumentation lands correctly, work with analytics engineers to promote recurring analyses into modeled datasets, and write clear, thorough documentation for the team.
