Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist responsible for leading end-to-end, cross-functional data science initiatives. Define problem frameworks and modeling strategies for ambiguous challenges; design and guide experimentation to drive decision-making; ensure scalability and long-term value of solutions. Collaborate with Data Engineering to shape data models and improve data reliability; partner with ML Platform/Engineering to guide deployment strategies and lifecycle management; mentor data scientists and influence product, business, and strategic decisions through data insights. Establish best practices in modeling, experimentation, and reproducibility; drive alignment across Data Science, Data Engineering, and ML Platform teams for successful delivery and adoption of solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6-8 years of experience in data science, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
