Job Summary
Lead a team of data scientists and analytics engineers to deliver insights and strategies shaping Robinhood's crypto product roadmap, with a focus on stock tokens, perpetuals, and blockchain opportunities. Partner with product, engineering, finance, and research teams to drive initiatives including international expansion, pro trader growth, and Wallet app adoption. Represent the Crypto Data Science team in cross-functional leadership forums to ensure data drives strategic decisions for the fastest-growing business. Foster a culture of excellence in analytics and experimentation while mentoring talent across ML and product domains. This role requires 7+ years of data science experience with 2+ years in people management, deep Python and SQL skills, and 3–4 years in the crypto ecosystem. Based in Menlo Park, CA, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data science
- at least 2+ years of people management
- Deep experience with Python
