Lead implementation of HR technology solutions and manage the portfolio of HR and Employee Services tools, ensuring alignment with the global HR digitalization strategy. Identify functional needs for HR systems, plan and manage the local digitalization roadmap and budget, and contribute to cross-functional projects like sHaRe to ensure overall architecture and data consistency. Manage end-to-end project life cycles, animate users on tools and processes, and enforce effective access management across global and local HR systems. Deliver statutory reporting, manage related audits, and support teams in providing data-driven insights for decision-making. Drive HR master data quality initiatives, lead local reporting projects for process efficiency, and manage team performance while delivering training sessions on HR systems.
