Job Summary
Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to join Oil-Dri’s Enterprise Data team. Drive analytics and data initiatives, develop reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision making across functions (finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial sales). Responsibilities include reporting/visualization development, training and change management, data exploration, collaboration with business units, BI tool administration support, participating in project lifecycles, and ensuring data quality and accessibility. Key tools and skills include Power BI, Tableau, ReportsNow, SQL, Python, R, JD Edwards/ERP data, and strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or other technical field
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in data, analytics, and reporting using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and ReportsNow
- Experience with data from operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance
- Advanced skill in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, ReportsNow) and building advanced reports
- Understanding of core business functions and processes in operations/manufacturing, finance, commercial sales, and supply chain
- Knowledge of ERP data, JD Edwards data preferred
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and R (highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to mentor business user experts
- Adaptability across technical and non-technical tasks
- Excellent time management to balance engineering and analytical duties
