Job Summary
Design and implement data protection and privacy programs tailored to clients' specific business needs. Evaluate existing practices to offer actionable recommendations for continual improvement and conduct thorough audits of privacy controls to monitor program effectiveness. Demonstrate expertise in standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, NIST, and HITRUST to assist clients in compliance and governance. Provide guidance on adhering to national and international laws including GDPR, and prepare policies, reports, and schedules for stakeholders. Utilize online tools for Incident Management and Data Subject Rights processes while contributing to cybersecurity engagements and risk assessments. Foster productive relationships with client personnel to promote effective collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of fundamentals of information security systems
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field
- Proficiency in standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, NIST standards on Cyber Security, HITRUST, ISO 27701
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws
- Competence in governance and reporting
- Strong grasp of cyber and privacy risks
- Relevant qualifications such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
