Job Summary
Senior Data and Paid Media Audience Platform Manager owning the LiveRamp platform and end-to-end data governance for clean-room partnerships. Own platform relationships, roadmap, escalations, and contractual obligations; oversee data operations, ingestion SLAs, budgeting/invoicing, regulatory monitoring (privacy, data-sharing, CCPA), and documentation. Lead audience strategy and execution for programmatic media, including audience creation, distribution, QA, and reporting; drive data monetization and new data products. Collaborate with legal, privacy, engineering, finance, and analytics to align data flows with governance standards, while maintaining operational discipline and a startup- mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in data-driven marketing, ad tech, digital media, or martech
- Direct, hands-on experience with LiveRamp (Safe Haven, Clean Room, Identity, or Activation)
- Expert-level understanding of data flows, identity graphs, ingestion processes, and data-sharing contracts
- Proven experience in programmatic media, especially audience creation, segmentation, and activation
- Strong governance, compliance, and operational discipline; exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex platforms or products
- Ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and platform contracts
- Experience working in agency, brand, or enterprise-level operational environments
- Preferred: Experience leading data privacy or regulatory compliance processes
- Understanding of measurement, incrementality, or advanced analytics
- Product mindset: building roadmaps, identifying opportunities, and prioritizing enhancements
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments
