Job Summary
Manage administrative tasks, update spreadsheets and databases, conduct DBS checks, process payments, and maintain Power BI dashboards. Collate and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to support programme management activities within Children's Services, while liaising with teams across the Council, partner agencies, and the UK government. Monitor and report on performance by benchmarking against other local authorities and agency partners, and represent the Families Together Hub at meetings as required. Lead on key sub-projects and work streams under the supervision of the Project Lead, ensuring risks are escalated and service delivery outcomes are achieved.
