Senior Data Modeler

Manage an enterprise data model in collaboration with clinicians, data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate clinical data from source systems across multiple complex domains. Author and maintain entity-relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, API specs, and translation documentation at multiple abstraction levels while implementing solutions to transform source data into a common data model. Collaborate to validate feature definitions for clinical endpoints and proactively monitor data quality with traceability to source systems. Advocate for data modeling rules, standards, and best practices across the engineering team. This role supports Tempus' mission to create the world's largest integrated dataset of multimodal healthcare and clinical data, utilizing a modern tech stack including Python, dbt, and BigQuery on GCP.
