Job Summary
Validate data integrity across the migration pipeline from legacy Mainframe to SQL staging and Salesforce Service Cloud by performing end-to-end reconciliation of record counts, hash totals, and financial summaries. Review source-to-target mapping documents and write complex SQL scripts to verify transformation logic, data types, and truncation rules. Use SOQL, Data Loader, and Workbench to confirm relational integrity, External IDs, and object schemas post-load. Identify, document, and track data anomalies such as character encoding issues or orphaned records, then collaborate with ETL and Salesforce developers to remediate defects. Requires 5+ years of SQL Server and Salesforce Service Cloud experience; hybrid schedule once weekly in Phoenix, Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona resident
- Local to Phoenix
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL Server
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with data conversion testing / validation
- Advanced querying skills (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and data profiling scripts)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, standard/custom objects, SOQL, and data loading mechanisms
- Familiarity with parsing fixed-width flat files, or validating EBCDIC-to-ASCII conversions
- Experience using Python (Pandas) or advanced Excel/Power Query to perform automated, row-by-row cross-system file comparisons
- Hybrid once a week or as needed availability
