(Senior) Data Governance Manager (f/m/d)

Own the end-to-end relationship with Upvest's market data and static asset data providers, leading commercial negotiations from initial terms through signature and renewal. Ensure redistribution of market data to B2B clients is properly licensed across all use cases while fulfilling entitlement and usage reporting obligations to direct reporting exchanges. Act as the expert voice on market data licensing for internal teams, advising on product access, costs, and conditions. Lead the assessment, selection, and onboarding of new market data providers and exchanges as the company expands into new asset classes. Establish best-practice governance processes for market data management and identify cost-saving opportunities through license renegotiation or usage optimization. Monitor policy and commercial changes from exchanges and vendors, assessing their impact and communicating material developments to stakeholders. Report to the Head of Network, sitting at the intersection of legal, commercial, and technical functions.
