Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex UI applications using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Define frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding standards, promoting best practices across UI development teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, backend teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to UI developers through code reviews and design reviews, guiding the team on ReactJS best practices. Drive adoption of modern UI frameworks, component libraries (e.g., MUI), state management, and build tools. Oversee UI performance optimization, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure high code quality through automated testing, unit testing strategies, CI/CD integration, and adherence to development standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery commitments. Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and propose solutions, taking ownership of technical decision-making. Coordinate with global teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with project and business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
- Certifications in Snowflake/Databricks/Azure preferred
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling and automation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science
- Certifications in cloud and data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools and platforms, including GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools
- Active participation in technical communities, data engineering forums, or open-source contributions related to data platforms, AI, or cloud technologies
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle PL/SQL, Azure cloud data solutions, data lakehouse architectures
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, microservices, and containerized applications
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
