Job Summary
Senior Data Engineer at Orifarm leading the data platform in a regulated GxP environment. Own end-to-end data solutions, design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure, develop cloud-native data platforms, and mentor others while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders. Manage governance and compliance (GxP, GDPR), contribute to architecture and technology evolution, ensure monitoring and reliable deployments, and work in a hybrid Warsaw office (3x/week). Key skills include Azure, Databricks, SQL/T-SQL, data modeling, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, including building and optimizing data engineering workloads on modern cloud data platforms
- Experience working with Databricks notebooks, Spark-based processing, and medallion-style data architecture is considered a strong advantage
- Strong expertise in SQL / T-SQL
- Experience building data pipelines, data models, and integrations
- Knowledge of APIs, data integration patterns, and security concepts
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control, code reviews)
- Experience with data governance, GDPR, or GxP environments is a strong plus
- Fluency in both Polish and English
